Casera means homemade, and that idea is at the heart of everything we do. As a family-owned café and bakery in Milwaukee’s Harbor District, we focus on simple ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and creating food and drinks that feel both comforting and intentional.

From fresh pastries made from scratch to handcrafted coffee and house-made syrups, every item on our menu is built with care. We believe that the small details, how something is made, where it comes from, and how it’s served make all the difference.

Our Homemade Approach

We keep things simple and do them well. Our menu is built around fresh, local ingredients and recipes that highlight natural flavor.

We partner with local vendors whenever possible and make many of our ingredients in-house, from bakery items to the syrups in your morning coffee. The result is food that feels familiar, but elevated in all the right ways.
